Specialized e-bikes: the Turbo and Globe range we cover
Specialized is a bike company that makes e-bikes, and on a ride that difference is obvious within a mile: the Turbo motors are tuned to add to what you are already doing rather than to take over, and the frames are the ones the brand's unassisted bikes are built on. That buys you handling and a dealer network most direct-to-consumer brands cannot match, and it costs you — these are among the most expensive machines in our catalogue, and the lightweight SL bikes trade range for that low weight.
Below are the six Specialized models we hold a page on. Every specification is Specialized's own published figure, attributed as such; our own testing notes, the price we last checked, and the date we checked it live on each model's page.
Current Specialized e-bikes on specialized.com
Five Specialized models that have a current page on specialized.com. We have not tested these models and have not written our own model pages for them yet, so every figure is Specialized's own published specification, attributed as such, as read on specialized.com on Oct 18, 2026. Weights are Specialized's listed figures and vary by frame size and colour.

Also covered, no longer sold new
We keep writing about a machine after it leaves the range. These pages carry no link to Specialized, because there is nothing on sale at the other end of one.
Turbo Vado SL 5.0 EQ
A previous generation, no longer sold new. We keep the page for owners and used buyers; there is no link to Specialized from it.
Where to buy: Specialized (official site). This button opens the brand's electric-bike range, not a particular model — the card for each machine above opens that machine.
