iPhones and Pixels both warn that prolonged high-frequency vibration (yes, from your bike) can damage the OIS in the camera. Quad Lock and Peak Design both make vibration-damping inserts specifically for this — they are not a gimmick.
Whatever mount you choose, get one that locks positively to the bike (twist-and-click, not friction). Loose phones come off bikes at 25 mph and don't come back the same.
